Angel Food Grocery Relief Online Order Form

Orders for July are due no later than Sunday, July 11, 2010

Please bring or mail the Confirmation Form along with your payment to have your order processed. Payment must be received on or before the due date as listed above or they cannot be processed.  July Orders are due on or before Sunday,  July 11, 2010. Food Stamps are accepted but application must be in person, so please contact the Angel Food Team Leader or the church office for more information. Both phone numbers are listed below.. Please ensure that the information on this form is correct. If you need to make corrections use the "Reset" button at the bottom of the page. Please make checks payable to "Grace Covenant".  If you are mailing your payment please ensure that you allow enough time for the payment to reach us before July 11. Pick up your October Order on Saturday, July 24, from 9:00-10:00 AM  at Grace Covenant Church 227 Lincreek Drive (located behind the Lake Murray Visitor's Center). From Irmo take Hwy 60 Lake Murray Blvd to Hwy 6. Go Right on Hwy 6. Lincreek is the first road on the right. Church is on the Right.
